Working with our faculty Malak Tfaily studying ecosystem genomics, Graf Grachet tracks carbon in soil over time to better understand carbon cycling and greenhouse gas emissions. Watch the 2 minute video to learn more about her current incubation experiments, and how she wants to integrate data analysis, bioinformatics and metabolomics (the study of small molecules produced by microorganisms) our climate.
